Good luck getting your Gift Card. Called Dell 4 time they will say that they sent it out. That was last year and no GC. You guys are welecome to try it though

If you're using a credit card to buy this and they don't come through with the gift card just protest the charges on your credit card. Dell will quickly resolve the situation.

Same here. Bought a game, gift card never came. I wasted hours on chat and phone trying to get the gift card. Dell customer service has taken a deep decline in the last year or so.
