Watch out for Dell's GC's they expire a few months after purchase (and they take a week or two to get).. Just my experience.

43$ is way too much for this. I got my Lenovo backpack through a Bens deal for 25$ and it has been great. (having to spend another 25$ via GC is not really savings).

This is the 17" version, most laptops are only 15.6". Also the price has been $6-7 lower recently, including the gift card. Sub-par deal.
