i picked this up on Friday when it was $100. I thought Cyber Monday was for the online shoppers and Black Friday was for the Brick and Mortar places...Not complaining but that $100 deal should be today.

Agreed. I, too, picked one up at $100 the other day (and already received it! Way to go Dell!) but it does seem rational that the better deal would have been today. Oh well... no complaints from me, either.
On a side note, I read an article last year which had a bit of interesting research about how some businesses use the allure of Black Friday to peddle their wares without much (if any) of a discount. With the madness of the day, seems like a convenient time to offload extra stock, etc.
We normally wouldn't even run this deal with the $30 price jump, but the $100 Black Friday offer sold out within a few hours. Nice job grabbing one when it was in stock!
Got one before Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Upgraded to 8GB, 256 GB SSD, and added an additional 500 HDD 2.5 drive. Works great after Win10 reinstall. That sata cable can be special ordered through Dell for $2.
