I prefer if the fan cover covers the whole PCB board.

Radeon is optimized for content playback (movies, games), FirePro is optimized for content creation (3D modeling, CAD), so FirePro (like nvidia's quadro) performs relatively bad on content playback. Much better to spend your $150 on a Radeon or a GeForce, if you want content playback .

hardware wise it is equivalent to a 7750.

The FirePro W4100 is a professional graphics card by AMD, launched in August 2014. Built on the 28 nm process, and based on the Cape Verde graphics processor, in its Cape Verde PRO GL variant, the card supports DirectX 11.2. The Cape Verde graphics processor is an average sized chip with a die area of 123 mm² and 1,500 million transistors. Unlike the fully unlocked Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition, which uses the same GPU but has all 640 shaders enabled, AMD has disabled some shading units on the FirePro W4100 to reach the product's
target
shader count. It features 512 shading units, 32 texture mapping units and 16 ROPs. AMD has placed 2,048 MB GDDR5 memory on the card, which are connected using a 128-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 630 MHz, memory is running at 1000 MHz.
