Had this model for a year, My pc has shut down 3 times under a brown out glitch. An Apc 450va didn't. Typical load was about 125-150 watts when this happened. Although on power failure it stayed on really long. 2 nice features on this model over basic 600va apc is that it has a power draw monitor on UPS outlets that tells you in real time via a win gadget. It also has green power switch. Meaning when usb on cyberpower communicates with pc it turns on an a/c socket. Handy for example for speakers/amps to turn off automatically not in use. They tend to be the worse for idle power draw. As Per 10 watts drawn 24/7 = $.80 a month or close to $10 a year.
Use a Killawatt meter to determine which piece draws most. (monitors typically 3-4watts idle)
