New series basic entry level PSU by corsair manufactured by HEC. HEC is notorious for budget PSU with issues. This however is a better tier but not tested yet by reputable sites like johnnyguru. Consensus seems to be it is decent but just bronze efficient.

I'd use one as a replacement on an all-integrated system, or with a low power video card. Building new, I'd sooner one of the ~ $40, ~ 600W models out there, as they're more likely to last the viable life of the system.
