Seems like a pretty good deal. In the past I've gotten refurb'd 'sinks from that were missing pieces so beware of that, but those were usually one-off items rather than a larger quantity as it is with this deal... I'm thinking these may not even be real refurbs but rather they might be new factory surplus in a white box.
Got this a while back for my AMD FX8350 and was not helpful. The stock heat sink fan kept it much cooler. If you have a dual core or a processor of say 2.0 - 2.5 Gigahertz, then this may work for you. Anything faster and you may want to look at beefier water cooling systems.
