Please note that $40 is the lowest price for this item. This price was available back in mid Feb 2017. And hopefully they will have the same price soon. The item is basic with average quality. Don't compare it with a $200 rack. 220 pounds is the total weight it supports as per the documentation came along with the rack.

I had issues first time I ordered and canceled.

Tried again for 2 and they came in a week early and are equivalent to the Home Depot HDX ones plus they already have casters! saving another $20.
