I purchased one (through the BB post) and as with ALL Lowepro products, it's quality is outstanding. There was no sales tax for TN residents and shipping was free & fast. This camera case won't carry a DSLR, but it has plenty of room for a point-and-shoot camera, some extra rechargeable batteries, memory cards, and even the strap if you don't want to hook it up to the exterior. I highly recommend it.
Still said Fedex Ground even after entering the code but ordered 2 silver ones.
They are currently out of the black and red as of this posting.
No message regarding not having the case so it was still listed so am expecting to receive it.
I did notice it does not mention coming with an SD Card so grab one if you do not have one otherwsie you might not be taking pictures right away after charging your battery? ;-)
I had an email exchange with Canon customer service regarding the 2 day shipping via code EIDPRM. "This code was provided to customers with Canon printers. The code offers Free 2 Day Shipping with purchase of $40 or more of ink." I didn't order any ink so my order didn't qualify.
With regards to the leather cases, they were out when I ordered mine a few days ago. When I viewed my cart before the order, they had the pop up message saying they were out of stock. And if you look at your final purchase, they detail all the discounts and freebies they give out and the leather case is absent. Also absent is the FREE Metal Neck Strap, I have no idea what it is.
I ordered two silver ones on 12/15 late evening and they arrived 12/18. I would count it as 2 day shipping and I live in Michigan.
^ Yeah I agree. These were and are great cameras for the price, but you likely won't be carrying this around if you even have a half way decent cell phone.
