I bought this awhile back and returned it. It sounded decent at medium volume, but at low there was a hiss and high it was distorted.

The one I purchased had an incredible amount of bass for its size; however, there is a constant "beat" from the unit. It's not super loud, but definitely unacceptable if used in a semi-quiet area (e.g., bedroom, living room).

I would NOT recommend for purchase.
