I participated in their summer rewards program and ate there enough times over the 3 months to qualify for the highest reward, which was free catering for 20. In reality the food was enough to cover 30 people easily and I can say without a doubt that at no point during the 3 months did I have any noticeable gastrointestinal issues, nor did anyone who ate the catered food (about 10 kids and 15 adults).

Maybe I was extremely lucky. I ate at several different locations during those 3 months.

I ended up receiving a buy one - get one offer, not a full free offer. However, I had previously participated in an offer for a free one back in February so they may have flagged me a freeloader also.

Wouldn't worry abt their sanitation issues. Can think of much worse restaurants including a few poke shops.
