Fructose ahoy! 83g of your recommended daily sugar intake with each serving....woof
Those are recommended for average people. If you are attempting to stack mass you are not average. I don't go nuts with my diet, but when I add mass (very rare these days), I have to jack my protein and calories. Also, after a workout, your muscles scream for carbs and things like creatine are absorbed more readily with carbs.
If you are just drinking this without lifting, you are an idiot, but for adding mass you may need it.
^ There are plenty of shoppers who adequately demonstrate that it doesn't require a good nutritional precursor for rapid glycogen restoration in muscle after exercise to become massive.

"If you like your plan you can keep your plan". Unless your insurance company cuts way back because of the unknowns ahead.
