This is really good deal. If your need/want cordless drill - go for it!

The price is incredible, when I was buying my Matrix tools the three parts (drill, battery, charger) were going for around $40 each.

Very handy for light homeowner use, especially as a cordless screwdriver, but does not compete against drills with sale prices around $80.
