Not very helpful. A Google search finds users and professional reviewers writing very positive things. Thewirecutter.com called it the best turntable for casual listening. Over 2,000 reviewers averaged 4.5 out of 5 stars. It's not a SOTA or VPI or Linn, but don't expect that for $167. Specific complaints might be more helpful.
