These zenbooks are really great ultras for the price, just beware that they have a problem with the power jacks on them going bad and they are not easily replaced. Just Google replacing power jack on asus zenbook and you'll see all the instructions on Youtube plus the tens of thousands who have watched the videos.

Core M SOCs have been engineered to be fanless, like many of the new Intel chips. For the most part it has worked out well for them, though I have seen reports of thermal issues, especially among Chinese tablets.

I would buy it for $400 as well. The 1080p resolution is nice.
It's not a bad price, especially if its not a refurb. The naysayers would be all over the same specs if it were an $1100 Surface Pro.
