The comments and the Asus responses are really funny. Every single one says the battery didn't work and held no charge and Asus responded by saying "make sure the AC power is properly connected and the battery is fully charged before removing the cord". It's as if these people had never used a laptop before.
^ Why would you keep it then instead of returning it? You might be out a little on return shipping but the shipping from them was free so it should be a full refund if you detail what's wrong instead of only "decided to return" as if you changed your mind.
it was fine the first few weeks...or even months. i couldn't remember. then the system (i believe it's a hardware issue) starts to go wrong, like a key from the keyboard will get stuck so you won't be able to type any more. then i reinstalled, and got really busy so i didn't bother asking for anything (which i could).

Not only did I find many reviews says so, but I am the owner of one such laptop.
