IMO 64GB on one of these lightweight laptops is the only way to go.
I picked up the Asus T100TA-C1-GR just over a year ago and I LOVE how long the battery lasts. It's not great for much more than basic docs/excel/surfing. I can watch youtube and such but online high-res. videos usually give it grief (I haven't tried Prime or Netflix). I have updated mine to Windows 10 and my biggest complaint is that they moved some of the really useful touch shortcuts into obscure-ish places. I am able to stream my Xbox 1 to it, but it's not super playable (Destiny), I haven't tried any FPS games (wouldn't expect much). I'm also able to screencast to my Roku 3 with just a few clicks (and no extra hardware/software).
I added the extra $99 2-year damage warranty to mine and haven't needed it yet, but I'm pretty gentle with my gear.
