The Ethernet ports are 10/100Mbps only and not Gigabit, so data transfers between wired and wireless devices will be choked.

Is the dual-band wireless simultaneous/concurrent? It isn't advertised as such, so it probably isn't.

I agree about the 100Mbs connection being a choke point. My home connection routinely downloads at 180Mbps, so I wouldn't want this router.

^ No it doesn't. You already stated that is only what you get on speed tests which do not indicate the bottleneck of server side or internet in general, congestion. Plus, most devices can't maintain an average encrypted wifi transfer rate of 100Mb, so in the end you are giving up a little performance in a few situations, for lower cost... same as with most products outside of networking or even general computing.
