    I just got mine yesterday. Appear to be locked to Straight talk still.

    Received two I ordered for my 2 kids. Wanted just to use as an MP3 player and for long car rides. I was looking at an iPod touch but this was a much better price. Both were in very good condition physically. Both came with wall charger and charging cable. Interestingly enough only one came with headphones. The
    Walmart
    listing specifically says that they may not come with all accessories.

    I was able to find the Space Gray color for the same price. But it is now saying they are out of stock.
