The rebate is appealing, but the top USB ports kill the deal for me. You can't put it under a shelf or in a cabinet and still reach the USB ports.

^ I think that's the point, that with them and the switches top mounted you can still reach them due to being higher up if put under a shelf or in a cabinet, under a desk, etc... you just can't have the shelf or whatever, within ~ 4" of the case top.

Doesn't really matter to me because I'd never use them, instead using a USB3 hub on the desk, plugged into a rear motherboard USB port.
