You got that right #1. My octacore runs at 60c with a gigantic cooling heatsink and fan. 125 Watts gets hot!

125W can be cooled fine using a $15 after rebate heatpipe 'sink with a low RPM 120mm fan on it. 60C isn't too hot unless you're into extreme overclocking... and when you don't have it at high load it'll down-throttle to a fraction of the wattage.
