This combo deal looks like you have to assemble it once you get all the parts in the mail.

Nice you get two sticks of 1600 CAS 9 so you start with operating Dual Channel. So often these combo stick you with one 1333 **** and you have to just toss that for something. The Logisys case it's (not) the worst/bad it's what it is. Hard to be certain those might have a 92mm fan mounts (dump the rear 80mm) it appears the front has mounting so get a fan for there too. A 480W PSU okay (more often you'd see a 380W some might say that's all it is) it could possibly drive a fairly decent discrete GPU card, but that's something I'd be quickly considering switching out. If you can find an old Windows key and load Win10, it's a strong starting point to then just add a R9 380 for $170. You'd be hard pressed to build any other $450 machine that games @1080p as good.

I mean a 4th Gen i3-4370 3.4GHz CPU/Mobo/DDR3 starts at like $240 and would match the A10 7850K while you could overclock the AMD to get more. A 6th Gen i3-6300 3.8Ghz might move ahead, although just the CPU, mobo and 8Gb of DDR4 memory will set you back at minimum $280!

Something that make this interesting could be a low-cost bump to get middle ground 1080p gaming through Hybrid CrossFire with that R7 250 (Oland XT) DDR3 that's only $45 -AR. That way the PSU isn't even a concern.

Found that purportedly, like 2 Years back AMD announced Kaveri APU officially supports the Radeon R7 250 (Orland XT) for dual graphics technology. with no memory type restriction, so such an APU should be able to work with both DDR3 and GDDR5 variants. I'd do some more research on that, but if correct it means that Asus R7 250 GDDR5 at MicroCenter for $65 -AR could make a great purchase.

This site is saying strongly GDDR5 is compatible.

    This is 1600mhz ram
But on 2133-2400mhz ram I was running 900-1080p
    Battlefield 4 gulmund railway
Medium and high settings, pretty smoothly.

I don't know if people realize how much of a godly deal this is...

Later just add GTX 950-980 ( with appropriate power supply)
And have a fully complete rig to run all the games.

The quad core 4mb cache plus won't make it really bottle neck super high end cards

A reminder if you have a Microcenter nearby - they have combo deals with this processor and a mother board for as low as $135 AR and before sales tax if applicable.

I'm thinking the remaining $145 in this combo budget could be used to purchase higher quality versions of the remaining components. The notable weak spot in most of these combos are the sketchy PSUs - the "always on sale" Corsair CX430 can be had for its usual $20 AR price as a better alternative.
