You'd think these things are garbage, but to my biggest surprise they're actually quite good. The resolution may look insufficient, but keep in mind it's that of DVDs. Brightness is good in a darkened room. Keystone correction is optical and fairly limited, there is no zoom so you need to move it back and forth to adjust the image size. But it's more than good enough to play DVDs in a kid's room, backyard, while camping, or for halloween decorations.
