Saw slices off to use for easy fire starting while camping. They make smaller pieces for that but the cost per use is a lot higher.

As a fire starter I find 91% rubbing alcohol more convenient is most situations, including BBQ, as it completely evaporates and burns without a trace.

^ Can burn away too quick in a camping scenario where you have wet kindling. I'd sooner go with moonshine since it's multi-purpose.
