I just wonder if they're still good after all this time or if they literally shelf-rotted. I didn't have them covered so there was no sunlight exposure or anything.
Back in the day I recall they claimed CD-R should have 50 year storage life but that was after burned, and I did have a few batches that visually degraded and ended up unreadable in less than 3 years but IIRC they were the type that had a yellow-green layer instead of blue.
