It's only 50% chance to get back the rebate, otherwise 15.00 + tax is too expensive for a no name made in China junks ! No thank you.

Tiger Direct is notorious with counting on your forgetting to submit or the submission you made for the "rebate" or "finding" something "missing" in the submission to ditch the rebate !! That is why they offer such a big "rebate". It is "bait". I would stay away..

^In for 1. I've never had any problems w/ the TD rebates in the last few yrs. Maybe MMA, but recently they've been as good as anybody's rebates. FWIW ALL rebate offers assume only half of the rebates will be submitted, no matter who the vendor is.

TD rebates are reliable, it's been nearly 10 years since they used the other rebate house that wasn't. Heck, even many other manufacturers and merchants use their 4myrebate house.

Still, that doesn't mean you're going to get your rebate if you don't follow the (normal) directions.

Mail in rebate is too much work for the amount of money on the rebate. Again, as others had mention; not forgetting about the rebate and it's deadline, not making any mistake, and the waiting period. The final straw that made me not buy anything with a rebate is the switch from check to debit card. Where I used to cash my rebate checks with my other checks, now I had to keep track which cards have money left. I felt like ahole using the stack of rebate cards while people wait behind me in the checkout line.

Most of the time I do not get the rebates. I pass on anything with rebates nowadays.

The last rebate offer I did with these bozos, I was offered a "speedy" 6 week check instead of a 10 week check for 10% less.
    There oughta be a law.

Hey, at least they offer a check. Most other places nowadays give you a prepaid card. Trying to get all the money off those cards is a huge pain. Not to mention having to carry around all those extra cards with a couple bucks left on them in your wallet.

Get thee behind me TD. The power of Christ compels you. Does this deal come with a free exorcism?

I like the prepaid cards. Just swipe it first at grocery or gas station, etc, which depletes the entire card then swipe your regular credit card for the balance. Can't remember the last time I got out of a gas station or grocery store spending less than $15.
