Wrong weight for me and doesn't appear to meet Euro specs. Just because its a full synthetic doesn't automatically make it a good oil. Beyond how good the base oil is there is the additive package and they are rarely identical. Although full synthetic oil isn't cheap compared to other oils when compared to what I put it in it is so see no need to compromise or cut corners. Same with filters. I never liked their non-synthetic oils (sludgy) so not sure why I should trust their synthetic ones. I stick with Mobile 1, Casteral, Amsoil, and Valvoline for anything I care about. If its a POS I didn't care if it blew up I could see using this. I run Mobile 1 0-40 in pretty much everything except motorcycles because of the wet clutches. Not giving the oil all the credit but I have had no engine oil related problems in anything for like ever. I have 260K on my 330i any expect to go beyond 300K, maybe this is typical, I don't know. BMW does make a great straight 6.
