From Dell support for the 790:

"Dell is not testing or developing Windows 10 drivers for this product. If you choose to upgrade, some features, applications, and connected devices may not work as expected."

Kind of lame, but my refurbished Dell's have been dependable.

It will work fine. They have not tested it but you won't have any problems. I had a 6420 that i upgraded to W10 and had no problems.

E6410 works OK on W10 except for the SD card reader. No driver for that.

If you look at the driver file for an older version of windows, you can probably figure out what chipset it uses, and then hunt for *any* card reader with same chipset that has a Win10 driver, or check with the chipset manufacturer as some provide drivers on their website, and some laptop oriented sites also post news and links when new drivers are released.
