38 lbs of scoopable cat litter is $8.50 at Costco every day, and it doesn't stink to high heaven like Fresh Scoop.

Get a pet door or let the cat out yourself. Cats are pretty good about going outside and pooing secretly where you'll never find it, even burying it. It's dogs that just take a dump anywhere.
