^ Creative marketing. Every electric heater has (almost) exactly the same efficiency. Some designs do better than others at heating the far end of a room due to having a strong fan but that's about it.
I wrote almost because of oddball situations like fan noise or breeze escaping a room instead of entropy... turning into heat, and as heater wattage increases you have a minor, linear drop in efficiency lost in the walls from the AC mains wiring resistance, but then a wall mounted heater will also radiate a greater % into that wall compared to a free standing unit at a greater distance. None of that is a % worth considering.
The way to save power would be if using this in the room you are in allows you to turn down the furnace temperature for the rest of the building.

Thank you!
