^ Yes that seems high but have you seen what beef costs per lb. recently? Considering the weight/shrink ratio when dehydrating, you probably couldn't make it cheaper yourself.

heh, I just noticed that 90 grams of protein would be impossible since they're 1.25oz packs. Average is 15g protein/pack.
