This stuff works well, and at this price is a good deal. Do note, they have one with a power spray handle so you dont have to keep pushing the trigger. It is battery operated. The chemical in this product is the same that my former pest control company uses.

If you're after ants, don't bother with this stuff. Amdro granules are the way to go.
As for lasting "12 months" - no way. My bugs don't hesitate to walk over the sprayed area after a day or two.

^ It's not a true barrier as in they won't cross or fall over dead the instant it touches them. Well, it will kill them PDQ if you spray it wet directly on them, but otherwise they die some time later.

Regardless, it is true that like anything else "up to" numbers are best case scenario and probably a load of nonsense. A formulation that has an effective period that happens to round off to exactly one year? Too coincidental, all it says to me is that in good conditions it probably lasts more than 6 months but you have to expect to apply it every spring.

I do use this sparingly around the building perimeter, away from anything that would attract pollinators, then ant granules sprinkled anywhere I see high activity. The granules are less effective right next to an outdoor vertical structure as rain will run down the structure and wash them away.

I use this at my lake house to control spiders. Works great, as for lady bugs and bees. I spray it inside the window frame. in most cases, they won't be in there, to begin with.

I usually have to spray it 2 or 3 times a year.
