Verizon is offering new and existing customers $200 instantly with purchase of Samsung Galaxy S6, Samsung Galaxy S6 edge, or Motorola Droid Turbo 2 as well as an additional $300 when you trade in a working smartphone and switch or add a new line.

1) Add one of the three phones above to your cart with monthly device payments.
2) A pop-up window appears with "Trade In Old Device" and receive your appraised trade-in value after filling out the form.
3) After purchase, you will a receive a box to send the trade-in smartphone to Verizon Wireless.

Depends on the phone, but the full price of the Galaxy S6 is $576 - $200 off sale - $50 code = $326. The S6 Edge is $672 - $200 off sale - $50 off code = $422.

Then you get the trade in amount of $300 a few weeks later.

You have to add the new phone to cart, then add trade in phone. The value will be $300. Many use $10 or less cheap tracfones as trade-ins, since they are also worth $300.

In store I was able to upgrade my dad to a Droid Turbo 2 (traded in an Original Droid which they gave me $200 for) for $144 spread over 24 months. Its a great deal.
