Not sure about ordering from
Newegg.
I purchase a product once, got an email a few days later saying it was unavailable because it was advertised at the wrong price so they cancelled my order. Customer rep I spoke with said she would email me a $15 credit for the headache but when it came it was a credit for some unrelated service agreement for some item i never purchased. I never received any kind of usable $15 voucher.
