Seriously, how is this such a huge deal? $15 is 7.5% off of $200. I get 5% if I use the red card, and I don't have to pony up $200 up front, since I don't know where I'll get the merchandise I want for Xmas for a good deal. Not a "very hot" deal, decidedly COLD.

The reason this is such a hot deal is because people are buying these
Target
GCs with
Ebay
GCs that they already bought at a discount price. Then, around Christmas,
Target
will probably offer
Ebay
GCs for a 10-15% discount so you then use the
Target
GCs to pay for the
Ebay
GCs and you wind up with the same amount in
Ebay
GCs as you started with plus a left over balance in the
Target
GCs without actually spending a dime out of pocket.

Add in the 5X
Ebay
bucks and its a huge moneymaker!
