I walked into my local
Target
around 8:30PM last night and the Mobile guys (the "black shirts" usually around their smartphone section apparently required to do the trade-in process) left before I arrived at the store.

The store manager felt bad I packed up everything and traveled all the way to do the purchase, so she simply took in my original white 20GB Xbox 360, didn't even power it on, and rang me up for the 1TB Holiday Bundle (GOW/Rare/Ori) plus Fallout 4.

I didn't even realize that the free game had exclusions, such as no Fallout 4 or Battlefront, but she zeroed it out anyway, along with immediately deducting $100 from the price of the console, instead of issuing me the gift card.

After researching all of the current deals we decided to go ahead with this one.

The
target
employees were great to pull stock for us and have it ready for the mobile staff member. Even with this it took us waiting for two hours while she worked with another customer. It was also frustrating that she felt that she needed to tell me in three different ways I couldn't apply the gift card to the purchase; which I didn't plan on doing.

We are now the owners of three xbox ones. Just glad that this is past us and hoping that our next Target trip will be more pleasant.
